RatioGuard is built around one question: what will actually remain after this image is forced into a different print shape?
Choose artwork
Drop in JPG, PNG or WebP files. The image is decoded by your browser and is not intentionally uploaded to an application server.
Pick the buyer's ratio
Choose 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 or A-series. Switch portrait/landscape if needed.
Move the crop
The preview dims everything that would be removed. Use the focal sliders to keep faces, text or signatures inside the yellow frame.
Check pixels and export
Select a physical print size and DPI. READY means the surviving crop has enough source pixels for that target. Then export the crop or five-ratio ZIP.
Example
A 3000×4000 image is naturally 3:4. Turning it into 4:5 removes some height. Turning it into 2:3 removes even more height. RatioGuard shows that loss before you hand the file to a buyer.
What READY means
READY only means the surviving crop contains at least the requested pixel dimensions. It does not judge image sharpness, printer quality, color profile, marketplace rules or whether artificial upscaling would look acceptable.
Why the ZIP uses source resolution
The five-ratio ZIP crops at the maximum native pixels available from the source. It does not silently upscale your artwork. That makes it easier to see the real resolution you have before deciding whether to resize elsewhere.
